Constant number density model: "constant_number_density"
The properties of the mixture (pressure, energy, temperature etc)
are calculated with relations of the form
p = sum fi pi(rho_effi,T)
where fi is the mass fraction of species i and
the effective density rho_effi of each species is calculated
by taking the total number density of all species present, and assuming
they are all of type i.
